Cancellation Policy

Bookings and Cancellations Policy items. 1. Bird Surveys must have a deposit of $200 paid at the time of booking to secure a date. 2. (i)Surveys cancelled within 7 days of survey result in 50% loss of deposit. (ii)Surveys cancelled within 48 hours of survey result in 100% loss. (iii)Surveys are transferrable, but 48 hours notice must be given in writing via email and the replacement individual property owner must complete the survey booking form. You may, however, instead defer your survey to a later date that is within 3 months of your original survey date. (Your survey can only be deferred once) (iv) If you defer your survey within the 2 days before the survey date, there will be a 10% late deferral fee and if you subsequently cancel the property survey then cancellation fees will be calculated based on your original date of deferral. * SURVEY DATES MAY BE ALTERED ON DAYS OF HIGH BUSHFIRE RISK BIRDING SYDNEY AND BEYOND will refund a survey deposit, that are cancelled at BIRDING SYDNEY AND BEYOND’S discretion - including if the survey is cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances such as bad weather. 3. If weather conditions force a BIRDING SYDNEY AND BEYOND property survey to be abandoned, another survey will be planned ASAP or at a date which fits the property owner's calendar. 4. Once Survey is complete and all survey information is shared. Final payment is to be made in 7days.
